These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and c8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the c8888 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games and any related services offered through https://c8888.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on c8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your location.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on c8888 or any other gambling platform that enforces cross-platform exclusion.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by c8888 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor or close associate of c8888 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers or licensors.

c8888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obliged to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

c8888 operates a KYC process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player-protection obligations. As part of this process, we may request:

• A government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. c8888 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the placement of bets, pending verification.

The Platform is accessible internationally. However, access does not imply that use is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using c8888 is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.

c8888 reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion, including jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Users who access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk and c8888 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

All financial transactions on c8888 are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your Account or to a method that has been verified as belonging to you.
• c8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where KYC verification is incomplete.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicated in the cashier. c8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• c8888 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Dormant accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to PKR 500 per month or the equivalent, deducted from any remaining balance. You will be notified by email prior to any such deduction where a valid email address is held on record.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on c8888. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a reference number. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to any pre-match or in-play price changes accepted under your selected odds preference setting.
• c8888 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has effectively concluded, where odds were made available in error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at any time.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (palpable error), c8888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. We will notify affected users promptly.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. Ball-by-ball markets have additional rules regarding interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revisions and match abandonment.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, latency in live odds updates or any other platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Casino games on c8888 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, instant-win titles and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios. Each game is operated under a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system and the applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published in the game information panel.

By participating in casino games you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are independent of previous rounds.
• The displayed RTP figures are theoretical long-run return percentages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• c8888 is not liable for disconnections or technical failures during a game round where the bet has already been accepted by the game server. In such cases, the round will be completed automatically and the result recorded.

Promotional offers and bonuses are subject to individual terms that accompany each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, game contribution rates and expiry dates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• c8888 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, affected users will be notified and any accrued qualifying progress honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting and systematic exploitation of promotion terms — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them, and may result in Account closure.

c8888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users via the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined short-term period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c8888 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different names.

• Participating in match-fixing, sports fraud, insider betting or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or scripting tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, smurfing or any other activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening c8888 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform's code or proprietary content.

Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and investigation. Depending on the severity, c8888 may withhold account balances pending investigation, permanently close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the c8888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface design, software, game assets, odds data and promotional materials — is the property of c8888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.

c8888's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues or unforeseen technical failures may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

c8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity is suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Account has been accessed from a jurisdiction where access is prohibited.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require it.

Where an Account is closed at c8888's initiative for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining verified balance returned to your nominated payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c8888 holds its applicable gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the Platform's official licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact c8888's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, escalation procedures as set out in the licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework will apply.

For Users in Pakistan: these Terms do not create any rights enforceable under Pakistani law and do not imply that c8888 submits to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may separately affect your rights and obligations independently of these Terms.

c8888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address held on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
